Both thoroughly deserve it, if only for helping me out so much in the past few years.
James will be running the next London UG meeting as I'm in Ireland http://www.sqlserverfaq.com/events/136/UK-SQL-Server-User-Group-Evening-Meeting-Agenda-TBC.aspx and hopefully Christian will be along as well.
