It does get the point across about locking your workstations and as Jeff says:

You should lock your own workstations whenever you leave them – and remind your colleagues to do so too.
I’m not sure about the image though – as I’m worried about all the kittens now. I even have to lock my own workstation at home every time I leave it as my lot will usually walk all over the keyboard and could create havoc with an email…
