Personally, I am looking forward to Visual Studio's Intellisense native support for Javascript and Ajax. And it has Mult-Targeting support so you can continue developing ASP.NET 2.0 web sites you already have until you upgrade it to .NET 3.5.
I haven't read anything about DLR in this release. Seems they skipped it in this release. And the same goes for MVC support. If you're anxious to write IronPython/IronRuby like me, you will have to download them separately.
Anyways, check out the new features that Scott blogged about and just keep doing what you do best: coding happily ever after;)
