  I have an XML document and it is converted into HTML using XSL,
  to generate a report in HTML, Since the record count is dynamic,
  I do not know the number of records that has to appear in each page.
  The " Report Heading " needs to appear in every page.
  One record can span over many lines.
  I need to know
  1) how to print the Report Heading in each page?
  2) I need to do the formatting either in XSL / HTML
