Mark your calendars! The Charlotte Code Camp – Spring 2009 will be held on Saturday, March 28 at the Levine Campus of CPCC in Charlotte, NC. It's all about developing insane apps and connecting with the right organization to make money from your work.

This event features mobile and component development tracks including DNN, Windows Mobile, iPhone, Blackberry and web development for smart phones. We offer a limited choice of various software development books for each attendee along with programmer oriented "swag" from contributors such as Microsoft. We also provide a printed schedule and a "take away CD" with sponsors page, code samples, presentation slide decks and hands-on-lab instruction documents as files.

Developing an insane app is not enough. You need to make money from what you develop. 2009 is shaping up to be "interesting times". If you have a "day job", keep it! If you want to give yourself an extra revenue stream, you must sell what you invent.

A key track for this event is software distribution and payment. We are looking for "iPhone App Store" types of arrangements where “we develop, you sell and pay us something“. We want to align ourselves with professional distribution organizations such as Snowcovered, DNN, MobiHand, Handango, the iPhone App Store and the brand new Blackberry Application Center so we can focus on software development.

So mark your calendar and come join us Saturday, March 28 at the Levine Campus of CPCC for Charlotte Code Camp – Spring 2009!
