BASIC CONCEPTS ABSTRACT
Introduction to HTML-5

Html 5 introduces several new tags and a concept called meta data tagging.  Many of the tags are supported in various browser and mobile platforms.  The new tags concentrate in two categories, Structural and functional and we will explore both types.  We will also look at fallback strategies so you can begin using the tags and have them function in browsers that don't yet support the full HTML-5 suite.  We will be looking at how these new features function on Firefox, Opera and Android applications
