Inside most organizations, knowledge is power. Hoarding of information and knowledge is a familiar technique used by individuals to maintain their position and status. However, in today's competitive and rapidly changing business environment hoarding does not serve individuals or organizations. Organizations and their workforces must tear down the walls that limit the exchange of information and ideas and instead share, discuss, schedule, meet, solve group problems, and produce. In other words they must collaborate. It's not important how clever individuals are; what really matters is how smart the collective brain is.
Join Keith Engelhardt for "The Alchemy of Collaboration" Learn why collaboration is important and discover a comprehensive suite of tools that enable workers to communicate and collaborate across the organization, as well as with vendors and suppliers.
If you would like to meet afterward for food/drinks, plan accordingly.
Also, we are seeking people to present at future meetings. If you are interested, please contact one of the organizers (Keith or Nathan).
We will be meeting at Triune Group, near Wright State University.
