If you are interested to explore more into HTML5 technology and the browser(s) support, this is the event for you. You will be listening to the experts from Chrome and Internet Explorer team to talk about the coolest HTML5 feature in Chrome and IE9.  You will be also be listening to the expert advice on how to get ready into HTML5 with different browsers in real life.  A panel discussion with the experts will be right after the talks.

Speakers

 

Tab Atkins works for Google on the Chrome browser as a Web Standards Hacker. He's also a member of the CSS Working Group, and contribute to several other working groups in the W3C, including the HTML and Fonts Working Groups.

 

 

 Giorgio Sardo is a Sr. Technical Evangelist at Microsoft, focused on HTML5 and Internet Explorer. He loves working with the community, pushing the limits of technology and solving complex challenges. In 2006 he won the Imagine Cup worldwide championship with a futuristic project; one year later he has been nominated Best Consultant of the Year from the British Computer Society. Early 2009 Giorgio moved to the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond to focus on the future of the Web. Giorgio is a popular speaker worldwide and in the last 5 years he has presented at many conferences about HTML5, the Web and Mobile Platform. He is the mind behind many beautiful HTML5 applications and games at www.beautyoftheweb.com.

 

 Scott Stanfield is the CEO of Vertigo Software, Inc. Vertigo builds cool software. He is a frequent public speaker, keynoting for Microsoft and other industry events. Before starting Vertigo in 1997, Scott worked at Pixar in Point Richmond, California, which happens to be the current home of Vertigo. Scott holds a BS in Computer Science for Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
