We have organised a special talk from Allan Kelly as part of the Brighton Agile Forum. Doors open at 7.30 and the talk will start at 8pm prompt with time for discussion afterwards.

Title: The Future of Agile

Agile is now established – even if it is not as omni-present. Even so it is changing, the issues people face with Agile are different to the issues they faced a year or two years ago. So what’s next?

In this presentation Allan Kelly will look at four challenges facing Agile in the near future and make some predications on what happens next. In the process he outlines why requirements have been less important than we might expect and why adopting Agile is more difficult for manager than developers.
