After all the heavy technical topics we've had in the last few months, I thought we'd take a break from that and cover some cultural topics instead. I recently had the great good fortune to talk with Gene Kim (co-author of The Visible Ops Handbook), and he's agreed to speak to us.
Note this meeting has moved from our usual Thursday to Monday in order to accomodate Gene's travel schedule.
