Our next managerial meeting, with no code at all!

Retrospectives are the single most important chance for an agile practitioner to make sure that everyone is on the same page. They are, however, tricky.

Techniques have been introduced to make sure that everyone is heard and that all the problems are addressed thoroughly.

We are going to explore some of these techniques using a role playing sample. you will watch a team do a retrospective, then you will see what they did right and what they did wrong, and together we will explore the better ways of doing retrospectives.

Please observe the RSVP rule, we ask for you to only RSVP if you have every intention to come. Each seat costs us in cash and volunteer work so no shows and late cancellations will bring down the quality of our group.

Thank you,

Rex
