Hello my name is Ben M. Ramos, President and CEO of Genesis Community Outreach Incorporated and Director of H.O.P.E. Ministries in Sacramento, CA. This is to inform you that our Non- Profit 501c (3) Organization, is holding its annual Unity in the Community Benefit Concert & Car-Show event on July 18th 2009 from 11am till 7pm. Appearing will be Award winning recording artist Yvonne Cobbs Bay last years BET Sunday Best Runner up, Ian J. Knighton formerly on BET’s Sunday Best, Rev. Roland Pollard & Friends, Chris Fields, Rey Valdez, Sacramento Apostolic Community Choir, Alan Henriques, Auntie Amy's Hoppa Hoale Hula Dancers and many more. There will be fun, food and games with a hot dog eating contest and hourly raffles. My officers and I will be raising money to aid in the ongoing fight to help the homeless. Our mission is to raise enough money to obtain a suitable location and offer counseling, anger management, job training, job placement, temporary housing and a hot meal. We are currently seeking sponsors to help with this project as I feel we must continue to provide valuable services to our communities. Along with sponsorship, company logos will be added to all posters, fliers, t-shirts and complimentary cd’s. Sponsors will also be advertised on 90.3FM, 105.5FM, 103.5FM The Bomb and The Fish radio stations. Sponsors will be announced throughout the entire event and will be entitled to host one of our many activities throughout the day. All advertisement will run for 8 weeks. Sponsors may set up a booth at our event to further promote their products and services. Sponsorship will start at $150.00, a small price to pay for such great lengths of advertisement not to mention a fun filled family day at the park. Car-Show entries will be $25.00 at the door and $20.00 in advance, price for admition will be $8.00 in advance and $10.00 at the door. Children 12 & under free. Along with sponsorships we are also taking donations and in-kind sponsorships.
