The RNIB are working with us to provide a night of making accessible hacks and learning more about accessibility APIs. Details are starting to form around the event but some visually impaired users will be in attendance and helping us understand what daily problems they face.

It will be either on the weekend of February 11th or 18th 2012 This is our proposed schedule so far:

  • 9:00am: Intros
  • 9:30am VI games
  • Discussion 1
  • Discussion 2 concerns of real visually impaired users
  • 12:30pm: Lunch
  • Start and team intros
  • Hacking.
  • 7:00pm Dinner
  • 2:00am Game of Goal Ball
  • Hacking
  • 7:40am Breakfast
  • Hacking
  • 1:00pm Presentations (in the dark!)
