Rubyist -The first @miamirb of the year is upon us.As most of us know already, Chris is moving to Cali. We are sad to see him go, but at the same time we are happy for him because we know good things will come out of this. I want to thank (you) Chris personally for all the advice, inspiration and hard work you've put into the group over the years. I see you as a mentor and role model. The Boca Ruby February Meetup
31km away in Boca Raton
We have had to move the January Meetup to January 27 due to my being out of town. It turns out this date also is easier for our guest presenter: Joe Wölfel, CTO of Talkhouse has graciously agreed to discuss how he uses Ruby in his Voice Recognition work.Normally we meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, but this month only, we are meeting on the 27th. I hope this does not inconvenience anyone too much. We expect a strong turnout so please update your RSVPs.
