Join us as we continue our exploration of the principles behind the Agile Manifesto with "The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation."

Our guest facilitator for this session is group member Steve Young. Steve has almost 30 years of iterative development experience, and is currently an Agile Transformation Consultant helping Sears Holdings Mobile Group become Agile.

This will be a highly interactive session, as we conduct various exercises and simulations to demonstrate the importance of face-to-face conversation in navigating the pitfalls of project communication. Our goal is for attendees to leave armed with a new awareness of the traps, and new tips and tools to harness the power of conversation.
