Hey folks!

Awesome time yesterday - got some great conversation going on how to improve our code and our applications with both graphing and mapping.

We have a special guest for our kick off to Django!  Leah Culver is a lady programmer, and was named as one of the Most Influential Women in Web 2.0 by Fast Company. She currently is working on Grove, an IRC for teams; as well as Baconfile, a web interface for Amazon S3. Leah is very supportive of open source, APIs, and Django (of which she used on her website here: http://leahculver.com/

Leah will give an introduction of herself and her projects, and will live plenty of time for Q&A.  Let's pick her brain!  Following our discussion with Leah, we will dive into Django to learn how to make an awesome website with an awesome language (*cough* Python!)  This event is ONLY open to people who identify as women. Emphatically queer and trans friendly.
