Fire up the laptops and jump into Java.

All levels of experience are welcome.

(Those without laptops are welcome too, but it is hard to jump into Java without one.)

A short demonstration of something interesting (description to follow) written in Java will be followed by discussion. Some group members have projects and they are encouraged to give a demonstration or update anytime they like. Additionally, we can address any specific bugs that people have, provided that they have it on their laptop or on the web for us to see. Let's get hands-on and advance our understanding of and pet-projects in Java.

The time and location of this meetup will remain flexible until the day before. I would like to go ahead once we have 5 or more members interested and able to attend. So, please help me find a time and place that is convenient by offering suggestions and/or dates when you are available. We have 10 members living in Durham region (including my wife and I) and it would be really great to see David, Saba, Azra, Sukhi, Rob and Fahmida again. Greg, and the others members who live in Durham region , I hope to meet soon. I know the members in Toronto may find our location and time inconvenient (but thanks to Fahmida who comes anyway). If several members from there ask for a relocation to Pickering - the Ajax-and-East members are ok with that. But, for now we have to pick a time and place in Durham region and you are all most welcome to join us.

New members welcome too!
