Presentation Abstract
Rails is an excellent framework for (very) rapidly creating interactive web applications. Sometimes, the price of this power comes at the expense of understanding. Bugs breed, but where are they living?  When your Rails app has bugs hiding in the darker corners, Pry just might be the light you need to shine. During this type-along presentation, we will dive into a working Rails application to single step, examine execution stacks, examine Rails objects (and instances thereof), and in general, make Rails our... uh... friend.

Bio:
Dave Doolin likes to write code for fun and profit in a variety of languages using a variety of frameworks and tools. Dave currently enjoys Rails for turning ideas into applications.

Pre-meetup nosh:
We usually meet at the Biryani House (Shattuck @ University) around 5:00pm for snacks and tech talk. Either Rich or Jon will be there... or someone else from the group. Join us if you can and enjoy the food and the discussion.
