Uncertainty is the single most important problem when it comes to planning. We will talk about how to measure it, and how to account for it in release and iteration planning.

Bring your views and experiences to the table for this non-developer meeting. hear what others think and how they handle uncertainty in their real life situation and share what you think about that. critically appraise the different approaches and methods. the whole nine yards!

Please note that this meetup expects members to honor their RSVP, as choice of the venue and planning of the session depends on the number of attendance. The price of admission is, as always, a smile on your face and a positive attitude.

See you all there,

Rex
