It's summer in Seattle! Probably. Which means it's time to get together with 50 - 100 of your cloesest and nerdiest friends to discuss the finer points of JavaScript. Übermind in Fremont is our gracious host and sponsor this time around, and we've changed up the format a bit.

6:00 - 6:30: We'll have a few iPads running a signin app that we will coerce you into using upon your arrival. It will let the whole room know you've arrived and what your areas of technical expertise and interest are. This is of course 100% JavaScript end to end and we'll briefly go over how it's built and have the source up on GitHub.

6:30 - 6:45: Since JavaScript is a broad topic, we'll be doing shorter talks on a wider variety of subjects instead of longer more focused talks. To kick this off we'll be encouraging you to take the stage for a few minutes and share your latest project or idea. Come prepared! We will then have 3 back to back short talks from selected speakers.

6:45 - 7:00: First off Ryan Eastridge will be talking about the pitfalls and lessons learned from building a large scale mobile Backbone application for the world's evilest corporation.

7:00 - 7:15: TBA Speaker #2

7:15 - 7:30: TBA Speaker #3

7:30 - 9:00: Instead of doing Q&A after each talk we'll let you break into groups after the talks to get in depth answers to your questions directly from the speakers and have more time to socialize and collaborate with your fellow JavaScript sistren and brethren.

See you there! ~ Your Benevolent SeattleJS Overlords
