The Arlington Gay and Lesbian Alliance (AGLA) will once again secure the services of the fabulous Scoops2U ice cream cart, and AGLA will provide cool, booze-free beverages. The location is a gracious home in an Arlington neighborhood; RSVP for address and directions.

One of AGLA's ongoing community service projects helps Arlington's homeless people. Our event host will collect your unopened, hotel-sized soaps, mouthwash, shampoos, and razors (etc.) and gives them to A-SPAN from AGLA members and allies. So, if you have extra from your summer travels, please bring them with you on Aug. 19. There will be a convenient drop-off container in the back yard to showcase our donations to A-SPAN.
