Designed by the folks in Agile Belgium, The XP Game is a playful way to familiarize the players with some of the more difficult concepts of the XP Planning Game, like velocity, story estimation, yesterday?s weather and the cycle of life. Anyone can participate. The goal is to make development and business people work together in 1 team. Both will have the experience of performing the other role.
We are planning for two teams of 6 people each. If we have more volunteers to act as facilitators, we can have more teams.
We kindly ask for the RSVPs to be honored. kindly observe that the resources are limited and reserving a seat without attending is not fair to the other members of the group. other than that, the price of admission is a smile on your face and a positive attitude, as usual.
