Diane Wilson is a Senior Software Engineer for Fujifilm Medical Systems. She has worked on a diverse group of platforms in more than three decades, including System/370 Virtual Machine system (assembler), VAX, Windows, OS/2, HP/UX, Nortel’s DMS series of digital switching systems for the public telephone network, and web applications using ASP.NET, Perl, and PHP. Her interests in portability began as an original member of the first development team to implement SAS across multiple minicomputer systems. She recently developed an ORM that implements a single data model across SQL Server and Oracle. Her latest obsession is using C# for iPad app development.
