02/04/2014 - 6:30 PM - Caffeine Spaces - Boca Raton - jqGrid is a free, open source, Ajax-enabled JavaScript control that provides solutions for representing and manipulating tabular data on the web. Since the grid is a client-side solution loading data dynamically through Ajax callbacks, it can be integrated with any server-side technology, including PHP, ASP, Java Servlets, JSP, ColdFusion, and Perl. Join us as we demonstrate the power of jqGrid as we design a fully-featured, responsive data grid in a few minutes. We will then cover the MVC-specific wrapper available for jqGrid. As a bonus, this talk will also briefly touch on Visual Studio 2013, ASP.NET MVC 4.5, SQL Server 2012, jQuery, NUGET package manager and Twitter Bootstrap.
