Rack provides an minimal interface between webservers supporting Ruby and Ruby frameworks.

We will be exploring using Rack to:[list]

  • Run multiple applications under the same Rack instance
  • Insert middleware Rack handlers on top of application code
  • Exploration of some of the rack-contrib middleware options already out there
