Our presenters represent diversity in the consumer sectors served and their use of social media. Ed Billmaier, Sr. Director of Relationship and Interactive Marketing for the Scotts Miracle Gro Company will share the companys journey to incorporate social media as a tool for PR, branding and marketing, brand and customer monitoring, as well as internal communications. Julie Spicer, Relationship Manager at Quick Solutions will focus on changes to the recruiting and sales processes. To bring the non-profit perspective, Christina Christian, Digital Marketing Manager at Mid Ohio Foodbank, will share their exploration in using social media to fund-raise and engage volunteers. After a brief presentation by each practitioner, you will have opportunities to ask about your own burning questions.
