An Introduction to NHibernate
Mike Hadlow will give a comprehensive introduction to NHibernate.
NHibernate is the leading .NET object-relational mapping tool. Now in version 2.0, it supports many poweful features to help you build relational persistence for complex domain models. Find out how NHibernate can help you remove the tedium of hand coding a data access layer and free you to concentrate on real features. We'll also be looking at Fluent-NHibernate which provides powerful convention-based mapping support.
Mike Hadlow is a Brighton based freelance .NET developer. He's been building enterprise applications since 1997, and since 2002 with .NET. He is a regular speaker at developer events and writes a popular developer blog, code rant [http://mikehadlow.blogspot.com/]. He's also the author of the open source eCommerce application Suteki Shop[http://code.google.com/p/sutekishop/].
Please arrive from 6.00pm for a prompt 6.30pm start.
