She has more than 30 years of experience in strategic communication, positioning, planning and leadership. Ms. Zust works with executives, emerging leaders and management teams to develop credibility and clout with key clients, customers and constituents. She has held management and leadership positions in the public and private sectors.Christine is a member of the National Speakers Association and NSA Ohio, American Society for Training and Development, International Association of Facilitators, Cleveland Coach Federation, National Association of Women Business Owners, Greater Cleveland Partnership, Council of Smaller Enterprises and the Better Business Bureau of Greater Cleveland. Understanding how to communicate in a project setting is a vital skill for project managers and those who facilitate change. Results define project success and communicating an effective vision is a critical component needed to gain results. Developing a message and communicating it using written, verbal and visual forms is a key to telling your projects story and helping others understand its importance within the organization. In this training event, a dynamic speaker-trainer will guide participants to a clear understanding of how to more effectively communicate in project settings, leading to more successful change initiatives.
