[color=green][u]Joe DeLoss[/u][/color] An up-and-coming social entrepreneur in the Columbus community. DeLoss recently launched social enterprise Freshbox Catering. 100% of Freshbox's proceeds benefit work training programs at Faith Mission homeless shelters.
Tony Wells A business veteran with 23 years of executive management experience within the Information Technology Industry. Recognized as a successful business entrepreneur, community philanthropist and professional investor.
Philanthropic Focus. Created a private family foundation in 2001 to provide technology and social entrepreneurship grants to nonprofit organizations. Participates in local and national conferences sharing his expertise in technology funding, effective grantmaking and board training. Wells is a Kellogg Scholar in Nonprofit Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Wells is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management. Wells also has an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan of Management.
The Business Builders Club is the student entrepreneurship organization at Ohio State. We connect current and aspiring student entrepreneurs with the knowledge, resources, and connections to build successful businesses through weekly meetings, our mentor/incubator program, and IdeaPitch competitions. Last year we invested over $5000 to help student entrepreneurs get their businesses started!
