Please join OUTinBusiness, the Fisher College of Business' GLBT affinity group, in welcoming Ryan Bauer to The Ohio State University for an entertaining look at how Social Media can be leveraged to connect and network. If you are looking to expand your professional or social circle, regardless of interest or diversity group, Ryan Bauer’s insights into this increasingly popular way of connecting can be applied.

While Social Media has become a rising trend, this evening is not an instructional seminar, but a entertaining look at how the GLBT business community has adapted the technology to connect and network in unique ways. Mr. Bauer will also share some stories about the challenges of being a minority group member in the executive business community and the tech industry.

About Ryan Bauer

Mr. Bauer is the Chief Marketing Officer of Ryanomics Marketing, an Experiential and New Media agency that specializes in alternative brand clients. Mr. Bauer is also extensively involved in the Central Ohio business community with leadership roles at Columbus Collective, Ohio Social Media Network, EveryoneBikes, Sandbox Co-working Communities, and Tastecasting. Mr. Bauer is a highly sought after marketing industry expert who has presented at a wide variety of conferences on New Media and its role within B2C marketing.
