    End of Year Retrospective Meeting

    6km away in Ottawa

Hello! Hot off of the heals of our mock retrospective meeting, we will hold our first end-of-year retrospective. I'll come prepared with post-it notes and tiny circle stickers for us to play with. Hopefully we will develop a list of action items to improve meetings for 2010. The second half of the meeting will be a group forum discussion regarding the impact that an organization's management structure ( matrix, functional, etc ) has on adopting Scrum. Pizza and refreshments will be served!

    Synergize your Network

    102km away in Montreal

December marks the one year anniversary of Edge Networking. To commemorate this milestone, we have chosen the theme of 'synergy' for our December event. Synergy is the interaction of two or more forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of the individual parts. For the first time ever, we have teamed up with two prominent groups from both the English and French speaking communities: BNI Ville Marie and AEDQ.
