Special guests and members share tips and techniques for popular digital applications, showcase computer hardware & software and camera equipment, and discuss best business practices for multimedia professionals, especially those who are developing their own enterprises.
Topics are selected to have broad appeal across the various multimedia disciplines.

Part 1: Adobe MAX Conference Recap
Cynthia Gordon and David Salahi will be sharing what they learned at the recent Adobe MAX conference held in October in Los Angeles. This annual conference featured presentations by numerous Adobe product managers and evangelists, eager to share accomplishments of the last year and sneak peaks into new and updated products coming soon. Cynthia and David will be talking about new developments in Creative Suite applications, including Flash and Photoshop, as well as selected new development tools such as Flash Catalyst and Flash Builder.
Part 2: What Every Multimedia Professional Should Know Before Entering into a Contract
Ellie Khabazian, a local attorney, will answer such questions as:
What is the purpose of a contract? What are the practical differences between oral and written contracts? What are examples of provisions in contracts that may expose me to liability? What are examples of provisions in contracts that may protect me? How enforceable are contracts? What are my remedies for a breach of contract?
The Law Office of Ellie Khabazian has been successful in obtaining favorable outcomes for clients in both mediation and trial. Ms. Khabazian is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Banyard Inn of Court, and Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, she is named by LegalForce as a "Best Lawyer" in Newport Beach.
Ms. Khabazian earned her law degree from Brigham Young University and spent her final year of law school as a visiting student at UCLA. Ms. Khabazian obtained dual undergraduate degrees in French and Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from USC.
