Date: Tuesday 4 March 2008........People who work with I.T. face the challenge of life-long learning. Technologies change rapidly and we want to keep up. This is a different kind of talk that will not look at particular product. Instead we will look at learning and mastering any new technology. We will look at: Using to both the left an right hand sides of the brain to enhance effectiveness Creating Mind Maps to understand and memorise software Employing our visual, auditory and kinaesthetic modalities to improve the way we work I have worked for many years as a Microsoft technical trainer. As such, I constantly have to learn new stuff. I use these techniques on a daily basis. I have also taught accelerated learning methods to medical students and at universities. PLEASE ARRIVE FROM 18.00 READY FOR THE 18.30 START
