Hello Map Lovers,
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Out with the old and in with the new - hallelujah!
December's Hackathon was a great success. Around 70 of us had a lot of fun hangin' out, writing code, swapping stories, connecting with old buddies, and making new friends.
For the January 19th Meetup, we encourage all amateur programmers, business owners, tech lovers, marketing personnel, and developers to give a five-minute demo of your map or social app-related widget. It can be open source, multi-platform, ESRI-all-the-way, Yahoo, Google, hardware, software, drawings, whatever you've got. We want to see your ideas. Come share with the group and maybe meet your future business partner....
If you're interested in demo-ing for 5 minutes, please contact me ASAP.
[email protected] OR [email protected]
I'll post your name on the WebMapSocial - Amateur Night Jan 19th page so you can twitter, facebook, or text a.k.a. invite your friends.
Looking forward to it!

Once in the lobby, Google requires that you sign an electronic NDA. Please be courteous of their professional space and grant them this request. Security will escort you to Kiev Training Room after you've signed in. Dinner and beverages are graciously donated by Google so come prepared to chat, network, have fun and get your WebMapSocial fill. Thank you for your understanding.
