Prior to the first release of the Entity Framework, a number of people voiced objections in a "Vote of no confidence". With the release of 2010, the Entity Framework has seen significant enhancements which address many of these concerns. In this session, we'll look at the concerns and show some of the changes that were made in EF 4.0 as a result.

Jim Wooley is a frequent speaker, member of the INETA Speaker Bureau, MVP, and author of "LINQ in Action". He is always striving to stay at the forefront of technology and enjoys the thrill of a new challenge. He has been active evangelizing LINQ since it's announcement in 2005. In addition, he attempts to pass on the insights he has gained by being active in the community. In addition to speaking at numerous user groups and code camps in 8 states, Jim has presented at code camps, MSDN conferences, DevLink, DevWeek, CodeMash, CodeStock, and TechEd.
