Last month's important discussion with a panel of leading VCs and 200 founders made it clear that new investment vehicles are greatly needed for seeding Israeli Internet and Mobile startups. This month we explore the promising rise of Israeli Microfunds and Angels that are filling the gap.

1. Jeremie Berrebi, Kima Ventures. One of the most prolific microfunds, making 2 investments a week!
2. Saul Klein, Seedcamp. Israel's new $315M man, founder of Seedcamp, partner at Index and avid Angel
3. Dror Berman, Innovation Endeavors. The man behind Eric Schmidt's highly regarded microfund.
4. Sani Sanilevich, Startup Factory. Helped Bibi use the web to get elected, now focused on Israeli founders.
5. Yair Goldfinger, Angel. Co-founder of ICQ and Dotomi now funds Israel's next generation of winners.
6. Avichay Nissenbaum, Angel. Sold Yedda to AOL, now backing young founders with partner Yaniv Golan.
