  Can you be a little more specific on what you need? You wish to know, generally, how to use a database in VB?

  I know how to program ( read, write, retrieve e.t.c ) a database ( MS access ) within VB. The think i don't know is how to do the same thing with mysql in VB.
  

  
  To be more specific i have created a database in "mysql" and i want to be able to use this database in an apllication designed in VB.

  The Win32 ODBC drivers from MySQL are required for you to connect to the database using ODBC.
