  I have bought this, seems fairly good, but no source code or database structure, fairly basic but it does cover transactions.

  All you need to do is send an email confirming the receipt of the book, using the same email id you used to place an order.
  
  Within 24 hrs you will receive unless it is a weekend.
  
  Note that we get many requests for source code from people who have not placed orders.
