  Can You Plase tellme is there any tool that Converts Visual Basic 6 to PHP .

  Unless I am hopelessly wrong, there is not one that exists. You have to remember that Visual Basic is based on the Windows system (with the GUI and such) so any graphical functions cannot be converted. If you really felt adventrous, you could create a VB to PHP converter (convert frm files to php) but I honestly don't see the point.
