Populate AxSpreadSheet From Existing Excel File

  Hi guys,

  Have any one been able to populate and AxSpreadSheet from existing excel file??

  I want to embed an excel file in vb.net form without converting it to xml file. I don't want to open it as a separate window, I need it added to the form. I know about web component but am looking for an alternative.

  If any one have an idea or know another component that can do that please advise.
