  hi all

  urgent help please.

  i hv developed an application, in my pc crystal report are working fine and i run the setup file in the client pc, it showing the following error

  'AN ERROR OCCURED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LOAD THE CRYSTAL REPORTS RUNTIME.'

  EITHER  THE CRYSTAL REPORTS REGISTRY KEY PERMISSION ARE INSUFFICIENT OR THE CRYSTAL REPORTS RUNTIME IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. PLEASE INSTALL THE APPROPRIATE CRYSTAL REPORTS REDISTRIBUTABLE(CRREDIST*.MSI) CONTAINING THE CORRECT VERSION OF THE CRYSTAL REPORT RUNTIME (X86,X64 OR ITANIUM) REQUIRED.

  Would this solve your problem?
