  Try to make two-form xml-based contact list, it could provide you lot for start :) Basicly design some window in designer, and double click control which you need to react for. We don't know your level of knowledge, so you would done the best if you try e.g. my example, and in case of problems ask with your details (code...etc) in this thread. We will navigate you.
