VB.NET Type 'SqlDatabaseException' not defined

  Hi, I used this great code (http://www.developerfusion.com/code/5445/sql-data-provider-vbnet-class/) however I keep getting a message stating: VB.NET Type 'SqlDatabaseException' not defined Could anybody tell me how to solve this? Kind regards.
