  Windows Presentation Foundation, you keep hearing a lot about it, what are some of the main features of using XAML? Seems to be spreading like wildfire, Platform as a Service providers are building their cloud based platforms on WPF and XAML now, is this going to work as well as its projected?

  Welcome to developerFusion! At the absolute basic level, WPF allows you to define user interfaces through XML. There's an article on MSDN that will give you the basics - [http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa480192.aspx](http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa480192.aspx) I'm curious about your comment with regards to cloud based platforms though... can you give an example? I'm not sure where WPF would fit in that scenario at all... :) All the best James

  Check out www.perfectmind.com They have a Platform out now that lets you build on WPF and XAML, reportedly they're breaking through the barriers of WPF too, the barriers being its performance and slow overall usability.
