IP Aliases in .net??

  Hi all, I need to test the load on a service I am developing in vb.net. I only have access to 10 sim cards (which the service will communicate with) but need to test the load with 1000 connections as this is what the service will eventually need to support. So my question is: is it possible in .net to use 1 IP address and simulate 1000 ip addresses?? If so how can this be accomplished? Thanks
