  Hi Hope you can help I am using Excel 2003 and I have In cell A3 the number of contracted hours for staff member I need in cell A4 a formula which shows the following - if hours are less than 10 it needs to show the code - IND if hours are equal to 10 - code - PA if hours are more than 10 - code APA Thanks Peter
