I want to make a program if windows execute a file which have the same location in the textbox1 it will execute the location in the textbox2

  Hi everybody good day, I want to make a program if windows execute a file which have the same location in the textbox1 it will execute the location in the textbox2 looks like this, if textbox1.text =" location of a file" then windows execute it then textbox2.text =execute or open msgbox.show("usb device detected") I want to make a trigger by insertion and removal of all usb devices using the windows sound effect ( C:\WINDOWS\Media\windows hardware insert.wav) for the insertion and( C:\WINDOWS\Media\windows hardware remove.wav)for the removal of the usb device.i just want to make an alternative using sound effect to detect usb device to a form instead of detecting it its port. ??? Is manual execution is the same as windows execution? ???How can I start making that program? please help me!! im just new in vb Jhonny

  Id just noticed that if you will insert/remove usb device it play sound effect.which mean windows execute a wav file when usb device inserted or removed . Is that possible to create that idea?
