Handling email accounts for intranet email client ??????

  Hi. I am doing a project in ASP.NET 2.0 (using C#). One Part of My Project topic is 'Intranet (not internet) email system'. I am using SQL server 2005 express edition for Database Operations of this project. Now I want to know, how to handle the email accounts for all email users, in SQL database and how to send or receive emails from other computers in the Intranet (not internet) ? Means, how do I handle different Inbox, Outbox etc for each of my email users ?? How do I store them in database ?? Please Help......
