Where do i start?

    Just trying to find out some back round info on SQL servers from people who actually deal with them on a daily basis? Also any one know of any decent worth while course to take? I am a front line tech support, for VoIP's, Modem's, Cellular and Firewall products, however i have been offered a nice new job (better pay), However i need to expand my none exsistant knowledge of SQL servers. Thanks
