Not able to access Database (sybase) after deployment...using MSI..

  Hi, I have a web application in which im trying to access the local machine sybase database...it works fine in my machine...but when i deployed it using MSI ...ie when i installed that MSI in other machine and there im not able to access the database ie when i run my application the page which contains database connection throws an Error like System.componentModel.Win32Exception:Access denied at iAnywhere.Data.SQLAnywhere.SAConnection.Open....
